Kelly's wonderful. I enlisted her help when my daughter ("J") and her boyfriend ("C") were ready to buy their first home. I've been through the buying/selling process a number of times and know the value of a good realtor. I also wanted to make sure my daughter was in good hands, so when she wasn't taken seriously and blown off by other two other realtors (probably because she's rather young), we found Kelly. From the git-go Kelly Nelson was responsive, honest, and extremely patient, walking J&C, first-time homebuyers, through every step in a very emotional process. Kelly even steered J&C away from a property they had their hearts set on because it surely would have brought them buyer's remorse. I was impressed with her honesty, knowledge, advice and very calming demeanor in that situation, because it was clear she wasn't interested in a commission check -- she was looking out for her clients. I am so happy to say that Kelly was instrumental in finding J&C the perfect little turn-key house and keeping them UNDER budget. (Did I mention they bought a home UNDER budget?!) My daughter and her boyfriend are over the moon happy new homeowners and they love Kelly! We've no hesitation in recommending her.

We met Kelly at a showing for a property. We decided to engage her as our buyer's broker and are glad we did.
